Customer Order & Intake

Walk-in Customers: Customers drop off laundry at the shop.

Pickup & Delivery: Orders are received via call whatsapp, e-mail or website, and laundry is collected from the customer’s location

Ironing & Folding

Steam Pressing: Clothes requiring a professional finish are ironed or steamed.

Folding & Packing: Clothes are neatly folded and packed according to customer preferences (hangers, folded, plastic-wrapped).

Sorting & Inspection

Garment Classification: Clothes are sorted by fabric type, color, and washing method (delicates, heavy fabrics, whites, darks).

Stain Identification: Stains are marked for pre-treatment.

Damage Check: Any damage (tears, missing buttons, etc.) is noted and reported to the client.

Customer Feedback

Customer Feedback: Reviews are collected to improve service quality.

Washing Process

Pre-Treatment: Stains are treated with specialized stain removers.
